Appartamento Villa Cerutti - Oleandro 2 - Vista lago

Bellissima villa situata in un vasto giardino, a pochissimi passi dal centro del paese. La casa è super accessoriata, le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime. La piscina è molto grande, è piacevolissimo passare il tempo nuotando o leggendo un libro all'ombra degli alberi che la circondano. E' il luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante e a contatto con la natura. Abbiamo potuto conoscere i proprietari, molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili a fornirci indicazioni. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

We spent 6 nights in Oleandro 2 beginning of October, and were very pleased with the appartment and the surroundings. A couple of highlights: - Staff from Lago Maggiore Service was very friendly, very responsive and we received all information needed - Appartment was clean and well prepared when we arrived - Surrounding (garden, swimming pool, etc) is great, with a beautiful garden, and lots of space. There is a newly built beach volleyball field, and our children could spend lots of time outside. All very nicely maintained on a very high level of quality. - even it was said the pool was already closed in October, we were very positively surprised when we arrived that the pool was still open and we were able to use as the weather allowed it. There is changing room/shower at pool which is very conveniant. - The location of the appartment is great, very close to the lake, village, small shops and restaurants. Very nice views over the village out of the appartment. - the owners of the house live in 2nd/3rd floor and were very friendly, provided very usuful information. Upon asking, we even received an extra bed with no charge (many thanks to the owners!) - There is a washing machine available free of charge, very useful - The kitchen has lots of dishes and is large engough for a big family Only some small things to improve: - information on what is available in the kitchen would be helpful, e.g. what type of coffee machine, or bring tabs for dishwashing machine, soap, etc Overall, definitely a place to recommend!

Heel net en gerieflijk appartement, goed uitgerust. De bewoners zijn heel gastvrij. Locatie is ideaal : in het centrum van Mergozzo met alles op dichte wandelafstand. Heel mooi zwembad met poolhouse en faciliteiten. Goede bereikbaarheid en parking. Auto is nodig voor de omgeving. Twee minpuntjes : het bovenste appartement heeft geen afzonderlijk terras (maar dat wordt gecompenseerd door de voorzieningen bij het zwembad) en het weer (dicht bij de grens met Zwitserland en noordelijk in de Alpen, dus veel bewolking en vaak regen/onweer, ook in de zomer). Een heel fijne vakantie beleefd met ons kinderrijk gezin. Prijs/kwaliteit in orde
