Ginevra apartment is on the first floor without lift of a building overlooking the lake near the center of Baveno. The living room has satellite TV, a dining table, a sofa that can be used as a single bed and a single pouf / cube bed. In front of the living room there is a small terrace with a dining table for 4 people from where you can enjoy the view of the lake. The kitchen is separate and equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub / shower, the bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony with a view of the mountains. U Under the building there is a supermarket and in front of the entrance there is the entrance to the park of Villa Fedora which leads to the beach of Baveno, in about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the lakefront of Baveno with bars and restaurants and the embarkation for the Borromean Islands. Small pets are welcome on payment. Air conditioning on request Euro 10 per day.
