Maremma 3 is a two-room apartment of 40 sqm on the first and last floor of a beautiful and ancient farm in the Tuscan Maremma, renovated in 2005. The house is surrounded by 5000 sqm of land. The house has a total of 650 square meters, consisting of 6 apartments of different sizes, with 5000 square meters of land, located in the middle of fields with a splendid view of the Tuscan hills and its typical villages. Inside the property there are parking lots and for small visitors: a slide, a swing, a small pool and of course plenty of space to play. On the first floor, Maremma 2 is composed as follows : a living room with sofabed and TV/SAT, kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the top of the bathroom, under the roof with a roof-window there is a room with two bed. For animals there is a cost.
