Maremma 4 is an apartment of about 200 square meters in a beautiful and ancient farm in the Tuscan Maremma, renovated in 2005. The house is surrounded by 5000 square meters of land .The house has a total of 650 square meters, consisting of 6 apartments of different sizes, with 5000 square meters of land, located in the middle of fields with a splendid view of the Tuscan hills and its typical villages. Inside the property there are parking lots and for small visitors: a slide, a swing, a small pool and of course plenty of space to play. Maremma 4 has five rooms on the ground floor and first floor of the farm house. On the first floor there is a large living room with TV / SAT, connected to the dining room by an arched passage, which in turn leads to the kitchen. In front of the living room, there is a private veranda with gazebo covered by a wisteria and private barbecue. The small bathroom on the ground floor has a shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub with an adjoining an area equipped with washing machine. Above the larger room there is a mezzanine with two other beds. The house has a storage room. For pets an additional cost is required.
