The entrance leads to the living room equipped with an open kitchen with all appliances, a sitting area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, satellite TV and a small work area. This area is separated from the dining area by a curtain that can be pulled out to enjoy more privacy. From the living room from the window you can enjoy the view and from here you access the balcony equipped with table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed with a large wardrobe, the pillows and the mattress are of high quality. The elegant bathroom has a large crystal shower and hairdryer, in front of the bathroom there is a built-in wardrobe that contains the washing machine and the tools for cleaning the house. The apartment has a powerful Wi-Fi and is fully air conditioned. At the back of the house in a fenced yard there is a small area for guests to leave bicycles and beach equipment. Under the apartment there is a paid parking and at 200 meters a free public parking. Carola A has a perfect location because it is located in the center of Mergozzo with all the services, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and one minute walk from the lake. Small dogs are accepted with extra charge of Euro 20 per week.
