Description
On the attic floor of a beautiful residential building in the center of Stresa is the large and elegant Stresa Centro apartment. The elevator with private code takes you directly from the entrance of the building and from the garage floor to the apartment. The entrance leads to the large and bright living room which has a sitting area with satellite TV, two large sofas, a decorative fireplace and a large dining table for 6 people. From there you have access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs and also to the large terrace with a table for 6 people, awning with a view of the city centre. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table and a small balcony. Near the entrance there is a service bathroom with washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bed plus another single pull-out bed. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower tub and one with a shower. On the floor minus one, which can be reached by private lift, there is a large garage where a large car can fit and also space for motorcycles and bicycles. The Stresa Centro apartment offers excellent standards including wi fi and air conditioning (for a fee) and has the advantage of being in a quiet residential area, a 3-minute walk from the central square of Stresa and a 5-minute walk from the lakefront.
