On the second floor of a building on the lakeside between Verbania Pallanza and Verbania Intra is the Romina apartment. The apartment is completely new and completely renovated. The large living room has a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, a small dining table and another large one for 8 people. The living room has satellite TV and two sofas, one of which becomes a double bed. From there you enter the furnished balcony with outdoor seating area from where you can see the lake. The two bedrooms have a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine and dryer. On the seventh floor on the roof of the building there is a large terrace where guests can enjoy the view and relax in the open air. For Romina's customers there is a beach umbrella, a small table, two deck chairs and three chairs that can be taken to the terrace where guests can use them. Behind the building is the garage for small cars and an uncovered parking space in front of the same garage. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the lake and the center with shops, bars and restaurants. For pets of small size an additional cost is required - Euro 20 pee week.
