Description
House Ortensia is located in Baveno and overlooks Lake Maggiore. It is the central part of a block of three houses. Completely new, just renovated and furnished in a modern way, on the first floor it has a large and bright living room overlooking the lake with a fully equipped and modern kitchen open onto the living room with dining table, large sofa that becomes a bed and satellite TV. In front of the living room a long balcony overlooking the lake equipped with deck chairs and a dining table. On the other side of the living room there is access to a garden with awning, table for outdoor dining and barbecue. On the second floor we find a double bedroom with lake view and balcony, connected to this a single bedroom with lake view and balcony. The floor is completed by another double bedroom with balcony and mountain view and a large bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor there is a large garage, a laundry room where you can also store bicycles and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Behind the main entrance of the house it is possible to park a second car which remains inside the property closed by an electric gate. House Ortensia is very comfortable and spacious, enjoys a beautiful panorama and is only 200 meters from the Lake Maggiore Adventure Park (tennis, paddle, adult and children's swimming pool, slides, climbing wall, bar and restaurant service). Through a road reserved for pedestrians in just 2 minutes you reach the shopping center with supermarket, shops, laundry, bar and restaurant. The center of Baveno can be reached in about 4 minutes by car.
