Chalet Dania is located in Pisano on the Alto Vergante hill in a quiet, sunny and panoramic area. The chalet is very welcoming and in perfect condition of furnishings will make you live a holiday of tranquility and in contact with nature despite the proximity to essential services. Arona and Stresa are 15 minutes by car and Lesa and Meina with the lake and beaches are about 5 minutes by car. The motorway exit is also about 5 minutes away by car. The living room has a sitting area with satellite TV and a large dining table for 8 people. The living room leads to the balcony with lake view furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On this floor there is the modern and well equipped kitchen with table for 6 people and the bathroom with shower / tub. Downstairs there is the sleeping area specially made on this floor to be able to sleep in the cool. Here we find a double bedroom overlooking a small garden, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a third bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. From the living room you go up to the mezzanine with beautiful exposed wooden beams, here we find a sitting area with TV and bookcase and a separate area with a French sofa bed and single bed that can be opened. Table games and table football are available for guests. The mezzanine windows are equipped to be darkened for sleeping. From the mezzanine you enter the garden equipped with a dining table, barbecue and umbrella; the swimming pool has a solarium area with sun loungers and deck chairs to relax in total privacy. In front of the garage available to park a car, there are two other uncovered parking spaces. From the Chalet you can make various excursions by bike and near the house there is a riding school with a riding school. Golf course only 15 minutes by car. Small pets are accepted for a fee.
