Villa Olga is a magnificent period villa that has just been renovated and refurnished, directly on the lake and facing the Borromean Islands. For its architecture and enviable position it is one of the most exclusive villas on Lake Maggiore. The villa is equipped with every comfort and guarantees total privacy. The villa is arranged over 4 levels; at the level of the entrance on the parking street level there is the entrance to the villa and a wonderful architectural staircase that leads to the upper floors. To the left of the entrance there is a living room separated by a curtain where there is a sofa that can become a double bed and from there you can access a small service kitchen overlooking the swimming pool fully equipped with all appliances, ideal for preparing snacks and aperitifs. The lake-facing part of this floor is the large living room with marble floors, an antique stone fireplace only for decoration and an antique wooden ceiling. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the islands. Still on this floor, on one side there is the sitting area with satellite TV and on the other the dining area with a large table. Going out onto the large terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge for relaxation, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the swimming pool. On this floor there is also a service bathroom. A staircase leads down to the lowest floor directly above the lake where there is the large kitchen of the villa, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and access to the dock where there are 4 canoes for guests. In front of the kitchen there is a large covered terrace furnished with a dining table, side tables and a barbecue. From the living room floor, going up the beautiful staircase, you reach the night floor, where there are two wonderful suites with en suite bathroom with shower, double bed, satellite TV, large wardrobe, armchair that becomes a single bed, view of the islands with access to the private terrace , equipped with table and chairs. Also on this floor, another bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together with satellite TV and a small terrace with lake and pool views, bathroom with shower. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, a small terrace with a view and a small service bathroom, without a shower. From this level you reach the terraced roof with deck chairs and umbrella which is a wonderful viewpoint over the lake and islands. Directly connected to the villa through some doors that open onto the various floors of the main staircase, you enter the outbuilding, also completely new with the same wonderful view of the lake. It is divided over 3 floors and has 3 real independent apartments, equipped with all services. On the ground floor, garden level, there is a large room with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and lounge/kitchen area. On the first floor there is a sitting room, a kitchen/dining area which opens onto a terrace furnished with a table and deck chairs, a bedroom with a lake view and a bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is a living room, an area with a kitchen overlooking the lake, a double bedroom overlooking the lake with a long balcony, another bedroom with two joinable singles and a bathroom with shower. The garden has an area on two levels, on the lower level there is the beautiful lake swimming pool 4 x 9 meters equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and deck chairs and a staircase that leads to the lake for swimming, and another area in front to the outbuilding with outdoor shower and another staircase leading down to the lake. Reserved for guests two uncovered parking spaces reserved inside the property, each with 3 parking spaces. The location of the villa is incredible and offers the possibility of a luxury holiday directly on the lake. The villa has all the comforts and the center of Stresa and Baveno can be reached in 4 minutes by car.
